An artisan cooper, grandson of a wheelwright and son of a cabinetmaker, who will offer you a tailor-made visit to enrich your knowledge of wine and its grape varieties.

A very private visit of the cooperage for about 1 hour and which is only possible by appointment: you will be able to taste a flute of Champagne from the best vintages patiently aged in oak barrels. Learn how to recognise the delicate imprint and freshness of the oak or lime tree provided by the barrel. A subtle blend with the fruity or floral aromas of the finest Crus of Champagnes.Let yourself be surprised by the quality of the barrels made from oak from the forests of Champagne-Ardenne, in particular the wood of the Montagne de Reims classified as an exceptional forest.
